Locke received nearly $1 million in grant funding to build career pathways. We currently have computer science and building and construction pathways with key industry partnerships.

College Courses at Locke
- Locke has partnerships with West LA and LA Southwest community colleges
- Rotating courses are taught by college professors at Locke.
- Current courses include American Sign Language, Child Development, and Communication Studies
- Locke also offers 10 AP classes including the new AP African American Studies
- College-going culture and college-prep curriculum
- Academic enrichment and college counseling
English-Language Development (ELD) Program
- 32% of Locke’s students are emerging bilinguals
- Students receive twice the amount of instruction of most ELD programs
- Locke is one of a few schools that offers all ELD classes in both the fall and spring
- Students receive English language support all throughout their time in high school until they no longer need it.
